About the roles
An outstanding team
The onboard teams in Mixed Fleet will be made up of a Customer Service Manager and Cabin Crew. We are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Managers, people with recent flying experience who may come from our existing crews, ground-based teams or from other airlines. Getting in at the start means you’ll be helping to shape the future, utilising your coaching skills to develop our people from the outset. We are also recruiting for cabin crew, including an opportunity to join the Future Talent – Crew development programme, but one thing will remain consistent – it will be an outstanding team, made up of outstanding individuals.
