As a Gatwick based cabin crew member, you will look after our customers flying on a wide variety of both long- and shorthaul routes, including Jersey, Barbados, Bermuda and the Maldives. Members of our team also look after customers on British Airways flagship service from London City to New York.

Innovation and change are second nature to us at Gatwick, with frequent additions to our route network, like Cancun, which we start serving in November. We are able to respond and adapt to changing conditions rapidly and are able to try out new ideas for both customers and colleagues.

British Airways are proud to be the official airline of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games, and over the next two years we will be busy preparing to welcome the world to London.

Your Gatwick, Your Career

At Gatwick fleet, we will give you the training that you need to look after our customers across all our cabins from the very start. As your experience builds, you may be eligible to apply for one of our development programmes, building the skills required to lead our onboard teams. With some experience, you may also opt to develop into other areas, such as training, recruitment, and special events.
